Ouzinkie Native Corporation (ONC) provides five different types of scholarships to its shareholders and descendants: undergraduate, graduate, career enhancement, vocational and youth. In 2019, the ONC Board of Directors approved over $208,000 in financial assistance to shareholders and their descendants to assist them as they pursue higher education, vocational training and youth development programs.
Ouzinkie Native Corporation John Panamarioff Sr. Scholarship Program
It is the policy of Ouzinkie Native Corporation (ONC) to provide financial assistance to shareholders and shareholder descendants pursuing higher education or vocational training.
The John Panamarioff, Sr. Scholarship Program was established by the corporation to assist eligible recipients in their quest to further their education at nationally or regionally accredited Institutions. Further, this program was established to provide financial assistance in a fair and consistent manner to eligible recipients.
Students must submit an application for each school year. For semesters: applications must be received by July 1st (fall), November 1st (spring), and March 1st (summer). For vocational and career enhancement: applications must be received 7 days before classes begin. Ouzinkie Native Corporation does not provide reimbursements or retroactive funding.
