Dear ONC shareholders, 

 

My name is Anna Rae Bent, I am the daughter of Walter Dean Bent and Dorothy Mae Morrison. I have been married to Nicholas Chichenoff for 31 years and we have three children and four grandchildren. My husband and I both grew up in Ouzinkie, currently live in Anchorage, and still practice a subsistence way of life and celebrate our cultural traditions. 

 

My primary focus for many years has been to serve as a caretaker for Elders, and I previously served as a care provider for children with disabilities. I have a deep love of cooking and enjoy catering for events like lunches and volunteering for church gatherings. In 2017, I was elected to the ONC board and I am deeply honored to be able to serve as a director. I had the chance to talk to many shareholders during my campaign and I was overwhelmed by the compassion each shareholder had for our culture, land and the corporation.
