LEADERSHIP

Ouzinkie Native Corporation's governing Board of Directors has nine members, each serving three-year terms. Elections are held yearly in the fall, in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Each shareholder is allocated three votes for every share they own. According to ONC Bylaws, only Shareholders of record owning at least 25 shares, a Native or descendant of a Native, a resident of the state of Alaska and a U.S. Citizen are eligible to serve on the board.
