Mike Pestrikoff
DIRECTOR

Cama’i (Hello) Shareholders,
My name is Mike Pestrikoff and I grew up in the village of Ouzinkie. I maintain a home there and spend as much time in the village as I can. I thoroughly enjoy the cultural heritage, community, and region. My mother is the late Dorothy Morrison, and my grandparents are Pat and Dora (Katelnikoff ) Pestrikoff , all of whom resided in Ouzinkie for the vast majority of their lives. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 26 years and we have two daughters Makayla (23) and Chanel (18).
As many villagers did, I started commercial fishing while in grade school and continued fishing during the summer months throughout high school and college. Upon graduating from college, I accepted an engineering position with Boeing in Seattle. In 2003, I moved back to Alaska to be closer to family and still reside in Eagle River today.
During my career, I have also worked for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (APSC) and Koniag Inc. (KI) as a project engineer and/or manager. While working full time, I continued my education and obtained my MBA degree and Advanced Project Management credentials.

I previously served on the ONC Board of Directors
